Synthesis and characterization of ?-SnWO4 powders obtained by microwave-assisted hydrothermal method

چکیده

The structural, morphological, and optical properties of ?-SnWO4 synthesized by microwave-assisted hydrothermal method at 150 °C for different times were investigated. XRD revealed the formation orthorhombic phase, without presence a secondary phase. sample processed 64 min showed reduction in unit cell volume, suggesting decrease structural defects present sample. Raman spectroscopy confirmed ?-SnWO4, with vibrational modes attributed to [WO6] octahedron. FE-SEM images agglomerate nanosheets all samples. band gap (Egap) samples presented values range from 1.58 1.70 eV. increase Egap value corroborated suggested Rietveld refinement. Finally, photoluminescence was measured, maximum emission blue region electromagnetic spectrum around 454 nm, which
